Lindsey had the pleasure of going with Smithville on many behind-the-scenes shoots at Upland Brewing Co, getting to see how the beer is made from start to finish & what goes into making their awesome food. A month of editing later, she fashioned together this final product: a short doc on the past, present, and future of the company.
