<image:title>About - Lindsey is a freelance video editor based in Chicago.</image:title>
<image:caption>She specializes in short-form digital content and has a passion for creating videos that inspire. Videos that shed light on great people, stories, and work being done to better communities. She puts together multiple videos of this sort for the Obama Foundation, ranging from event recaps featuring the former President & First Lady to profiles of Chicago neighbors and organizations making an impact. She also edits progressive political spots for TV & digital that promote a wide range of causes- everything from climate action, to clemency for nonviolent offenders, to LGBTQ nondiscrimination. Lindsey also spent four years in the fast-paced college sports universe cutting football highlights & dunk montages for air on Big Ten Network’s live daily studio shows. When she’s not working on some sort of video project, there’s a good chance you can find Lindsey gallivanting around new cities, doing some writing, or even coaching gymnastics.</image:caption>

<image:title>About - How she got here?</image:title>
<image:caption>Lindsey has had a passion for making videos since her high school days in Fort Wayne, IN. She would spend her free time shooting a bunch of footage on her Flip video camcorder (remember those?) and mashing it all together into school spirit videos to be shown at pep rallies & graduation. She went on to study at Indiana University Bloomington for four years, graduating with a BA in Telecommunications in May of 2016. During college, she honed her video skills by working as a senior intern for Smithville Communications, shooting & editing local restaurant/event features and helping produce live local sports broadcasts. She also ventured to NYC the summer of 2015 to intern for production company Reservoir Films as well as volunteer at the 9th Annual Manhattan Film Festival. She moved to Chicago the summer of 2016 and has garnered over eight years of editing experience freelancing for high-profile clients.</image:caption>
